STRENGTH & POWER
LIFT, pull, push, squat, rotate, hinge, rotate – MOVE! – to improve your quality of life every day. Power Up using quick, explosive movements. A variety of equipment, complex movement and varied timing to recruit muscles groups and elevate your stamina. Improve your posture, flexibility and strength so you can live your best life STRONG!

STEP & STRENGTH
Get your heart pumping and build your cardio endurance with this invigorating and dynamic choreographed workout. Improve your mind-body connection with combinations using the STEP along with STRENGTH components that will get your heart pumping, tone your muscles, challenge and improve your coordination and agility.
CORE & STRETCH
A strong core is essential for good posture, preventing injuries, increasing every day agility and strength for your daily life. Exercises focusing on increasing your overall core strength – dynamic and isometric sequences – along with a few cardio bursts to elevate your workout. This is class is a great choice for increasing your flexibility and movement and/or on your recovery days.

CARDIO STRENGTH MASH-UP
A faster paced version of our STRENGTH & POWER class increasing CARDIO components by utilizing a variety of training methods including HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), TABATA (20 seconds work/10 second rest x 8 rounds), PLYOMETRICS (explosive power movements), PYRAMID (stacking reps and/or exercises to failure). A variety of equipment and/or bodyweight to charge up your body.
BARELESS TONE & SCULPT
Create longer, leaner, toned muscles while improving your posture, balance and flexibility by using principles of Pilates, and the fluidity and strength of a dancer’s workout. Targeting muscles with isometric and dynamic movements in combinations of your own bodyweight and/or dumbells, resistance bands, gliders, ball, etc to tone your entire body.

TOTAL HIIT
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a training method involving short very intense periods of work followed by alternating recovery periods. By using a variety of equipment and focusing on either Strength or Cardio work, you can improve your power, strength and agility. Research has shown that HIIT may shift your body’s metabolism towards using reserved fat for energy rather than immediate carbs and your metabolic rate may stay elevated for hours after you finish your workout. Why not add this form of training to improve your overall health and performance.

YOGA
Bring balance and union to your mind-body-spirit by embracing physical postures (asanas), mindful breath (pranayama), meditation and relaxation (dyana). Strengthen your core, improve your flexibility and joint strength, stimulate your immune system have better sleep and lift your spirit and self through this beautiful practise. You are invited to bring your own yoga mat.

STRETCH & FLOW
Improve your joint strength, range of motion, flexibility, recharge and boost your energy with this total-body STRETCH after your workout or on your recovery day. Some principles of basic yoga may be used, and you are invited to bring your own yoga mat.

ZUMBA & ZUMBA TONING
LET’S MOVE! Latin and World Rhythms will have you moving and grooving for a full body cardio and muscle conditioning experience. Low intensity mixed with high-intensity moves ….isn’t that what dancing is all about? Don’t worry if you’ve never danced before…just let the music and our instructors inspire your movements – boost your energy with this interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness PARTY! Light weights and/or Toning Sticks may be used to enhance your experience
