ZUMBA - Latin inspired exercise in disguise!Fun & easy to follow basic steps for all ages, levels, dancers and non-dancers.Cardio based toning, sculpting, calorie burning workout.
TOTAL TABATA - A great way to scorch calories in minutes. Tabata intervals alternates 20 second high intensity anaerobic work, followed by 10 second rest, repeated. A mix of fitness techniques, including: lifts, jumps, box, plyo, step, squats, core training & more! Anyone can participate! 45 minute class.
CORE MOVES - Your instructor will guide you through a complete workout to strengthen & tighten the core, emphasizing on the abdominal, stability & lower back muscles.
20-20-20 - This class will start with 20 min. of low impact, continue with 20 minutes of mild step format, followed with 20 min. of muscle conditioning and cool down.
CIRCUIT BOOT CAMP - This is a conditioning class using many training styles. It has a strong cardio component as well as muscle conditioning within an interval format. Training will reflect a sports style of movement. Go through the circuit once (30 min) or twice for the ultimate workout. This intensity will depend on the exercisers fitness level.
BODY TONE - Sculpt and tone your entire body, using equipment such as: dumbells, steps, balls, resistance bands. Suitable for all fitness levels. PURE CARDIO - A multi impact class that uses a blend of anaerobic and aerobic movements, with a cardio PUSH! In addition, there is a solid stretch component at the end of this BIG energy workout! All levels.
STEP'N SCULPT - Designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles working! this fun and friendly class is for all fitness levels, shapes and sizes. This class offers the best of both: step aerobics for the cardio portion and weight training for the strength segment.
