Group Exercise
The main focus of the Group Exercise Department at Fitness Unlimited is the safety of our participants during a workout. Please feel free to approach any instructor if you need direction regarding the level of class appropriate for your fitness goals. Our instructors are here to help you achieve your desired results. All instructors are B.C.P.R.A. certified and have Fitness First Aid and C.P.R.
